As part of RUBY-3643 (updating the release process), this adds some experimental changes to the release process for BSON-Ruby. Notably:
spec/sharedto gain access to the newcandidaterake tasks.product.ymlfor compatibility with the newcandidaterake tasks..github/workflows/release.ymlto reference the new/updated (experimental)pr-check,build, andpublishactions.This includes no user-facing changes.
